Art lies in concealing art.

Art is actually a representation of life in which an artist tries his/her level best to show the images of life.In the art of writing, we are enjoyed the work of an author and sink in the depth of his/her writing. What artists need is to catch our attention. A sculptor makes a magnificent sculpture of a man which catches the attention of thousands of people. And the more they looked, the more they think whether it is a statue or a living man. Thus, we can say that art lies in concealing art, other wise it will loose the aesthetic quality. We can see a lot of aesthetic things on the television that shows how efficiently an art catches the interest of viewers in the movies. People become emotional, happy while watching movies. Even, they know that it is not real and shown only in a screen. This is a kind of intoxication which is being intoxicated by the skills of the artist.

  1. So, I see what you mean. I'm sure that it's a lifetime dream of every painter to be called an artist and to be appreciated. What a painter need is to feel that people believe in what he is doing.

  3. Well, ladies, if you ask me, I'd say I am a huge lover of art in any of its possible realisations! And I am absolutely with you here - we ARE getting intoxicated by the art! I remember myself spending hours in Scottish galleries gazing at the masterpieces and being lost in thoughts!
For me, real art is the art in which authours put much of themselves! That is the best way to make the audience believe it is THEIR soul shown in the art! =)
BTW, speaking about Scotland, I would much appreciate you sharing your views here
